Notes on Online Volunteer Filling of College Enrollment in Jiangsu Province in 2022

Volunteer reporting adopts the mode of "college professional group+major (class)". The specialty group in colleges and universities is set up according to the talent training needs of different majors (or specialized courses) and the requirements of elective subjects, and it is the basic unit for voluntary reporting. Candidates' elective subjects must meet the requirements of the corresponding volunteers of the professional groups of the colleges and universities.

1. Each batch of ordinary classes adopts parallel volunteer method. Among them, undergraduate courses set up 20 college professional group volunteers in advance, and undergraduate courses and specialist batches set up 40 college professional group volunteers respectively. The professional groups of each college volunteer to set up 6 professional volunteers and 1 professional obedience adjustment volunteers.

Special plans of colleges and universities, comprehensive evaluation enrollment (Class B colleges and universities), high-level art troupes and high-level sports teams adopt the traditional (sequential) volunteer mode, and set up 1 college volunteers, of which 6 are professional volunteers, and the professional volunteers are subject to adjustment.

2. Each batch of sports adopts the parallel volunteer method, with 20 colleges and universities and 4 professional volunteers in each college. 1 major is volunteer adjustment.

3. Each batch of art volunteer setting is divided into two categories according to the type of professional examination. The first category uses the results of professional examinations organized by the whole province (hereinafter referred to as the provincial unified examination) to enroll students, and adopts the parallel volunteer method, with 20 colleges and universities volunteering. The second type uses the scores of professional examinations (referred to as school examinations) organized by the enrollment institutions themselves, implements the traditional (sequential) voluntary reporting method, and sets up 1 college professional group volunteers. Each college's professional group volunteers can fill in 4 professional volunteers and 1 professional obedience adjustment volunteers.

(1) Undergraduate batch in advance

Art undergraduate courses are advanced by three small batches, as follows:

Batch number 1: Some independent art undergraduate colleges approved by the Ministry of Education (including a few colleges with some art undergraduate majors as reference), the art undergraduate majors tested by the original "2 1 1 engineering" colleges and the non-art undergraduate majors tested by universities directly under the central government are voluntarily set in the traditional (sequential) way.

The second small batch: parallel volunteer is set up for the undergraduate majors of art in colleges and universities inside and outside the province, which are admitted by using the results of the provincial unified examination.

The third small batch: Except for 1 small batch, the traditional (sequential) voluntary setting is implemented for art undergraduate majors in other universities.

(2) Specialist batches

The use of provincial unified examination results admitted to the professional, the implementation of parallel volunteer settings; The traditional (sequential) voluntary setting is implemented for majors admitted by using school examination results. When filling in a batch of volunteers, candidates can only choose one of the institutions that use the results of the provincial unified examination or the school examination.

4. After each batch of voluntary admission, set up voluntary collection, which is consistent with the corresponding batch.

5. Nine types of plans, such as military, public security, politics and law, navigation, local special plans, rural teachers' directional training plans, rural order-oriented medical students' free training plans, other institutions and sports arts, shall not be submitted at the same time. When filling in the early batch of undergraduate volunteers, nine types of plans may not be filled in at the same time, but different types of plans can be filled in parallel volunteer. For example, when parallel volunteer fills in military volunteers, it can be changed to maritime volunteers.

6. Sports and art candidates can also apply for ordinary undergraduate batches and specialist batches (except for directional training of non-commissioned officers). Professional batches of non-commissioned officers in sports, art and general orientation training shall not be submitted concurrently.

7. For art majors (fine arts, vocal music, instrumental music, choreography) admitted by using the results of the provincial unified examination, when candidates fill in the form, only one type of college professional group can be selected for each batch. Candidates who wish to volunteer in batches in advance for art majors, in batches for art majors, and in voluntary reporting can only choose one of parallel volunteer or traditional (sequential) volunteers.

8. Candidates who are walked or admitted to sports training, martial arts and traditional national sports, high-level sports teams with separate enrollment, and higher vocational colleges with early enrollment will no longer participate in online volunteering.

Two. Report arrangement

1. After learning about the college entrance examination scores, academic proficiency tests, admission control scores of each batch and the number of candidates step by step, candidates will voluntarily fill in the online report in two stages on the website of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute (gk.jseea.cn) or the service platform for ordinary college entrance examination candidates in Jiangsu Province in 2022 (gk.jseea.cn, hereinafter referred to as the service platform for candidates).

The first stage: from June 28th to July 2nd (the deadline is July 2nd 17:00), fill in the professional group volunteers of undergraduate colleges, including the general undergraduate volunteers in advance, including military affairs, public security, politics and law, navigation, local special projects, rural teachers' oriented training plan, rural order-oriented free training plan for medical students and other colleges. Undergraduate students majoring in sports and art volunteer in batches in advance; Ordinary undergraduate batch volunteers.

Set up special enrollment volunteer columns for colleges and universities such as comprehensive evaluation enrollment (B-type colleges and universities), high-level art troupes and high-level sports teams. For qualified candidates to fill in their volunteers.

The second stage: July 27 -28 (the deadline is July 28 17:00), and the volunteers of professional groups in colleges and universities will be filled in in batches. Candidates who are not admitted in the first stage can fill in the report, including ordinary, sports and art students.

2. After the admission of each batch of parallel volunteer (including traditional (sequential) voluntary arts), the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will promptly announce the number of college professional groups, majors (classes) and plans that have not completed the enrollment plan. Candidates who have not been admitted and meet the reporting conditions will fill in their volunteers online within the specified time.

Three. Filling process

1. Preparation before reporting. Before candidates fill in their volunteers, they must refer to the relevant contents of the enrollment policy of our province and the special issue of the plan compiled by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, carefully read the important materials in the special issue of the plan, such as Precautions for Candidates' Filling in Volunteers, Precautions for parallel volunteer's Filling in Volunteers and the enrollment regulations of relevant universities, watch the guidance film for volunteering in the college entrance examination, and according to the requirements of the selected subjects, college professional groups and majors, as well as the candidates' own college entrance examination scores, physical examination conclusions and family economic status.

Some art majors also require candidates to take the provincial unified examination and pass the examination (referred to as "double-qualified" major). Candidates must consult the enrollment plans of art colleges (majors) in batches and types of professional examinations when filling in their volunteers, and carefully read relevant important tips.

2. Simulated reporting. Candidates log on to the candidate service platform from June 15 to June 19 with their test number, ID number, password and dynamic password card to simulate volunteering, so that candidates can be familiar with and understand the volunteering system. The enrollment plan of simulating voluntary use is not the final college enrollment plan announced to the public, but only for simulating voluntary use. The actual enrollment plan is based on the contents published in the special issue of our province in 2022 and the relevant information published on the website of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute.

3. Fill in the report voluntarily. Candidates must carefully read the relevant materials, on the basis of online simulation, combined with their own situation, and log in to the candidate service platform with their test number, ID number, password and dynamic password card within the specified time to formally fill in their volunteers and submit them online. The system provides candidates with the function of collecting interested colleges and universities' professional groups and majors. The information in favorites is not used as the basis for file admission. Only the volunteers who enter the dynamic password on the volunteering page and successfully submit it are the basis for file admission.

When candidates submit volunteer information online, the system will check the data logic of the volunteer information filled in by candidates. If there are prompts such as pop-up boxes or red fonts in the system, candidates must carefully check the professional groups and professional volunteers of colleges and universities according to the prompt information and make corrections until they are correct.

The website of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute provides the Draft Table of Candidates' Volunteering for College Admissions in Jiangsu Province in 2022. Candidates can download, print and refer to it as needed.

4. Voluntary revision. Before filling in the deadline for volunteering, candidates can log in to the candidate service platform with their registration serial number, ID number, password and dynamic password card to modify their volunteering information. After the deadline for volunteering, no one may change the volunteer information without authorization.

5. Volunteer printing. From July 3rd to 4th, candidates can log on to the candidate service platform with their registration number, ID number, password and dynamic password card to print volunteer information.

6. Password and dynamic password card management. Candidates must use passwords and dynamic password cards when inquiring about grades, filling in volunteers and inquiring about admission results. Candidates who forget their passwords can reset them in the login interface, or apply for resetting their passwords at the county (city, district) recruitment office or registration point. If the dynamic password card is lost, candidates must hold the admission ticket, ID card and my written application to the county (city, district) where the registration is located to apply for a replacement dynamic password card. Candidates are responsible for the adverse effects caused by the loss of passwords or dynamic password cards.

Four. Instructions for completing some projects

1. On the scope of application of extra points in the college entrance examination

According to the relevant documents, all college entrance examination plus points and scores shall not be used for enrollment projects such as art majors, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, and special college plans that do not arrange provincial enrollment plans. Candidates who have no objection to the college entrance examination after publicity must carefully check the enrollment regulations (brochures), relevant announcements, website enrollment instructions, etc. The relevant colleges or universities should consult the admissions colleges before filling in their volunteers, so as to fully understand the relevant application requirements.

2. About some special types of voluntary reports

(1) Special types of voluntary applications for enrollment, such as strong foundation plan, specialty plan, comprehensive evaluation enrollment, high-level art troupe and high-level sports team, shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education, our province and enrollment universities. Among them, college special plans, comprehensive evaluation of enrollment (B-type colleges), high-level art troupes and high-level sports teams are not allowed to be submitted at the same time. Only one item can be filled in if it meets multiple qualifications.

(2) local special planning. According to the spirit of Notice on Doing a Good Job in Implementing the Special Enrollment Plan for Key Universities in Jiangsu Province in 2022 (Su Jiao Kao [2022] No.4), in 2022, our province will continue to implement the special enrollment plan for key universities in rural and poverty-stricken areas. Candidates who meet the relevant conditions and have no objection after publicity can fill in the local special plan volunteers in batches in advance.

(3) Orientation training plan for rural teachers. According to the spirit of "Notice on Doing a Good Job in Directional Training of Rural Teachers in the Province" (Su Shi [2022] No.3), in 2022, our province will set up a directional training plan for rural teachers in batches in advance. Candidates who register in counties (cities, districts) with targeted training programs for rural teachers can fill in the volunteers of targeted training programs for rural teachers in their counties (cities, districts).

(4) Free training plan for rural order-oriented medical students. According to the spirit of "Notice on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Rural Order-Oriented Medical Students in 2022" (Su Wei Ke Jiao [2022] No.8), in 2022, our province will continue to carry out the free training of rural order-oriented medical students, and the enrollment plan will be arranged for undergraduate enrollment and specialist enrollment in advance. For the fresh high school graduates registered in the rural order-oriented medical students free training project counties (cities, districts), you can fill in the corresponding batch of volunteers for the rural order-oriented medical students free training project in this county (city, district).

(5) directional training of non-commissioned officers. According to the relevant documents, in 2022, our province carried out the recruitment of non-commissioned officers (originally planned to train non-commissioned officers) relying on local colleges and universities. Jiangsu Maritime Vocational and Technical College, Nanjing Vocational and Technical College of Information, Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Information and other provincial colleges and universities recruit and train non-commissioned officers in our province for three years, and obtain college education after graduation. All the courses in the first 2.5 academic years are in the charge of colleges and universities, and recruiting soldiers as needed to guide teaching. The last 0.5 school year is the internship period, and the army is responsible for the internship. After the internship, the university will go through the graduation formalities. After physical review and political review, those who meet the conditions for active service shall go through the formalities of enlistment by the military service organs.

Orientation training for volunteer noncommissioned officers will be arranged from July 27th to 28th (the deadline is July 28th 17:00). The interview and physical examination will be arranged before the admission of the specialist batch, and the time and place will be notified separately. Candidates who pass the physical examination, political examination and interview and intend to apply for the exam must fill in the column of "Directional Training of Non-commissioned Officers", and candidates who apply for directional training of non-commissioned officers are not allowed to fill in the volunteers of sports and art specialties. The admission of directional training noncommissioned officers is arranged after the batch admission of ordinary undergraduate courses and before the batch filing of professional courses.

According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, Hunan University, Changchun Institute of Technology, Xi University of Posts and Telecommunications, Guilin University of Electronic Technology and Yantai University have arranged enrollment plans for preparatory classes for children of border guards in our province. The enrollment batch is an undergraduate batch, and only candidates who are qualified for the preparatory class for the children of border guards are recruited.

There are new regulations on the above enrollment types, which shall be implemented according to the new regulations.

Five. Military, public security, justice, fire and other colleges and universities interview physical examination or physical fitness assessment and other arrangements.

1. Candidates who intend to apply for military academies and meet the prescribed conditions must participate in political assessment, psychological examination, interview and physical examination. Candidates can download from the website of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute or receive the "Political Examination Form for Recruiting Ordinary High School Graduates in Military Colleges" from the People's Armed Forces Department, and register at the People's Armed Forces Department where their household registration is located or where they often live before June 18. The political examination shall be completed before June 22nd, and the military division (garrison) shall summarize the candidates' political examination information and report it to the provincial military region. From June 26th to 30th, the provincial military region set up a military checkpoint in the Health Management Center of the Air Force Hospital in the Eastern Theater (No.Malu Street 1, Qinhuai District, Nanjing, about 700 meters east of Changfu Street Station of Metro Line 3), and organized candidates to enter the station for physical examination and interview in batches according to districts and cities. Candidates hold psychological test interview form, ID card, college entrance examination admission ticket, college entrance examination report, 1 recent 1 inch color bareheaded photo, health code and negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, download and fill in personal commitment letter and medical history collection form on the website of Provincial Education Examinations Institute, report themselves with masks, and participate in interviews and physical examinations organized by provincial military regions.

2. Candidates who have permanent residence in Jiangsu Province at the time of the college entrance examination and have participated in the general college entrance examination in our province, who are interested in applying for public security colleges (public security majors) and meet the conditions for applying for the examination, must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours from 6:00 on June 26th to 30 16:00 on June 30th, and carry the health report form and commitment letter on epidemic prevention and control, as well as their admission ticket, ID card, college entrance examination transcript and household registration. The health report form and the commitment letter of epidemic prevention and control can be downloaded from the Admissions Information Network of Jiangsu Police College. Candidates are requested to log on to the website of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute or the enrollment website of relevant institutions for specific arrangements.

3. Candidates who intend to apply for the Central Judicial Police College and meet the physical examination standards will go to Jiangsu Judicial Police College (Taohuawu Road, Jingkou District, Zhenjiang City 1 4) within 48 hours on June 28-29 with their ID cards, admission tickets, college entrance examination transcripts, two recent bareheaded1inch photos and negative proof of nucleic acid testing, and attend interviews organized by the Provincial Department of Justice and various colleges.

4. Candidates who intend to apply for China Fire and Rescue College must undergo psychological test, physical examination and interview. Candidates must register at the Training and Combat Support Detachment of Jiangsu Fire and Rescue Corps (No.88 Zhenxing Road, Yuhuatai District, Nanjing) at 9: 00- 1: 30, 14:00- 17:00 on June 26th. You need to bring your college entrance examination admission ticket, ID card, college entrance examination report, household registration book and two recent bareheaded 1 inch photos. Psychological tests, physical examinations and interviews will be arranged from June 26th to 28th.
