The reason why the dragon boat team is not a group

The Dragon Boat Team is a group.

There are two kinds of dragon boat teams:

(1) Large dragon boat: each team 16 rowers, 1 helmsman, 1 drummer, 1 pacesetter, 8 reserves. If the number of participants is less than the required number, it shall be deemed as abstention.

(2) Small dragon boat: each team 12 rower, 1 helmsman, 1 drummer, 1 standard runner, with 8 standby.

If the number is less than the prescribed number, it shall be deemed as abstention.

Dragon boat is the dragon boat of Dragon Boat Festival. Dragon boat race is the main custom of the traditional Han festival Dragon Boat Festival. It was originally a festival for China people to get rid of diseases and prevent epidemics. Before the Spring and Autumn Period, there was a custom of holding dragon totem sacrifice in the form of dragon boat race on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. After the poet Qu Yuan died on this day, it became a traditional festival custom for the Han people in China to commemorate Qu Yuan.
