Be sure to put the steamer cloth in the pot before steaming to prevent the dough from sticking to the bottom of the pot, and don't be too crowded when putting steamed bread.

Generally, it can be steamed for 15 minutes. Don't open the lid immediately after turning off the fire, so as not to cause the surface of steamed bread to be uneven as shown in the figure below.
