There is a famous German dish called Sausage Stewed with Kimchi, or Sausage Stewed with Kimchi.

Leftovers, sausages and pickles are all used. -Slice the sausage, heat it in a pot with a little oil, pour in the sausage, and stir fry over high fire. -Pour in the rice, stir fry, add a little water, cover the pot and stew for a while. -Add kimchi, stir fry, try salty, because sausages and kimchi are salty, add a little salt and fresh vegetables, stir well, and it's OK.
