Fermented rice cake
Ingredients: 230 grams of rice flour, 50 grams of boiled water, 80 grams of normal temperature water, 3 grams of yeast, 20 grams of sugar, and a proper amount of green shredded pork.
Method for fermenting rice cakes
1. Flour and sifted rice.
2. Take 50 grams of powder and blanch it with 50 grams of boiling water to get hot seeds.
3. Mix with the remaining rice flour, 80g of water, 3g of yeast and 20g of white sugar to form fine rice slurry without particles.
