Difference between resident audit and follow-up audit of construction projects

There are different implementation processes, different emphases and different purposes.

1. On-site audit means that the audit institution sends professionals to the site of the construction unit for a long time, but does not send personnel for follow-up audit.

2. The focus of on-site audit is to know the progress of the project in real time, find problems and make suggestions in time, and the focus of follow-up audit is to audit all links from the early preparation stage to the completion and delivery stage.

3. The purpose of on-site audit is to communicate in time, optimize investment decision-making behavior and promote project management. The purpose of follow-up audit is to form the necessary supervision and restriction mechanism for the whole process of project construction in a timely and effective manner, promote the standardization of construction procedures, improve construction management, prevent the loss of funds, save construction costs and improve the efficiency of fund use.
