Lattice Matching of Lattice Constants

I've been reading up on this recently, and searching the web for lattice parameters and lattice constants, these two concepts confused me. Luckily I found a clue in the book.

"In order to describe the shape and size of a crystal cell, six lattice parameters are often used to express the lengths a,b,c (which become the lattice constants) and the angles α,β,γ between the three prongs of a parallel hexagon.

Look at the above sentence, the lattice constant is the lattice constant, then, the same way: the lattice parameter is the lattice parameter, that is to say: the lattice constant is a, b, c, and the lattice parameter does not only contain the lattice constant, but also should include the angle of the prism.
