Consciously strengthen learning

We should consciously strengthen learning to better understand and master ethnic theory and policy, ethnic laws and regulations, and basic ethnic knowledge. Not only ethnic minorities should study, but also Han Chinese; not only the masses should study, but also cadres; not only general cadres should study, but also leading cadres.

Through study, we will deepen our understanding of the Party's ethnic theory and policy, firmly establish a Marxist view of the nation, and constantly improve our consciousness and steadfastness in implementing the Party's policies.

Through the study, we can firmly establish the ideological concept of "three inseparable", and truly understand that only in the motherland's big family can there be the prosperity and development of our various nationalities, and the happy life of the people of all nationalities, so as to enhance the sense of belonging to the Chinese nation, the sense of identification with the Chinese culture, the sense of pride in the great motherland, and the sense of mission for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
