How to install glazed tiles on rural roofs

3. Tile laying sequence: Tile rarr eaves; Full face rarr light tile rarr sticks rarr to the upper layer of the lamp tube; Main shield tile rarr kiss rarr positive ridge rarr inclined ridge is connected with positive ridge; Convergent or angled rarr tile joints or roof joints thoroughly clean the tile surface with color paste rarr.

4, flat ridge installation, straight and inclined ridge parabola construction according to the requirements of drawings, camber curve should be smooth.

5, brick cushion cement should be full, not loose after masonry.

6, bare pipe masonry should be full of pulp, vertical one by one, with long wood square flattening during construction, tile surface curve should be smooth.

7. When installing the tiled tile, it should be 5-6cm beyond the cornice (the part of the tiled tile beyond the bottom should be swept white). When installing the tiled tile, the tile should be raised at the cornice, and the tile should be kept perpendicular to the ceiling when dripping, slightly outward. The cornice tile requires the cornice to be the same size, the tile head to be the same height, and the cornice to be neat and straight.

8, tile shop is stuck to lap 2/3, straight, can't have the phenomenon of different density.

9, all tiles, in any way, must ensure that firmly fixed on the roof, are not allowed to appear any separation and movement.

10. Clean the mortar on the surface of glazed tiles. Wipe the tile surface with a dry rag every day after the completion and final coloring process to keep the glazed tile surface clean and bright.
