You need to choose the timing of topping according to your cultivation purpose and growth environment.

Because there are two kinds of tomato varieties: self-capping type and infinite growth type, the infinite growth type with strong growth potential and strong fruit-setting ability is mostly used in the market at present. Try to avoid rainy weather when topping tomatoes, so as to reduce the chance of tomato topping infection. Secondly, the topping of tomatoes occurred in May and June. At this time, the weather is very hot and the light intensity is high. Some vegetable farmers mistakenly think that the more spikes, the higher the yield. In fact, this is a misunderstanding. Reasonable topping is the key to ensure tomato yield.

Of course, vegetable farmers should also keep fruits according to varieties, climate and other factors to ensure the maximum benefits of tomatoes. Nothing else, just let her grow. Length-limited type means that tomatoes grow to a certain number of leaves, and after bearing a few ears of fruit, there will be no more ears.
