Background of the founding of BGG Group

In 1992, BGG developed its first property, Shunde BGG, and introduced supporting facilities such as high-end clubhouse and bilingual school in the community. 1994, BGG founded Guangdong BGG School, which is located in Shunde, and is one of the earliest batch of schools in mainland China to introduce IB international education. In 1994, BGG fleet was formed and established, and opened two routes, Shunbi - Jinhan Parking Lot and Shunbi - Nansha Port.

In 1995, BGI introduced the hotel-style service model into residential property management. This was the first time that real estate developers proposed to introduce hotel services into the community, setting a precedent in the industry. Shunde Beyoncé actively expanded into the Pearl River Delta market and also attracted a large number of Hong Kong people to buy properties. Thirty thousand Hong Kong people have become the owners of Shunde Parkview, which is also known as "Colorful Little Hong Kong".

Beijing Guiyuan was listed on April 20, 2007 on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. The listing not only provides funds for the Group's long-term healthy development, but also marks a successful step into the international capital market.

BGI has been well recognized by the market since its listing - it became a constituent of the MSCI Global Standard Index on September 1, 2007, and a constituent of the Hang Seng Composite Index, the Hang Seng Mainland China Composite Index and the Hang Seng Mainland China Freefloat Index on September 10, 2007 (now the Hang Seng China Mainland 100).

Joining the constituent stocks signifies the capital market's recognition of BGI as an important part of Hong Kong's stock market and strengthens BGI's position in the international capital market.
