Anniversary High-tech Zone was founded in April 1992, and was approved as a national high-tech zone by the State Council in April 10 of the same year. Since the establishment of the zone, Daqing High-tech Zone has always adhered to the purpose of "developing high technology and realizing industrialization", held high the torch banner, led innovation and entrepreneurship, achieved rapid economic development, strong agglomeration of emerging industries, accelerated scientific and technological innovation, and the rapid rise of modern new cities, which has become the main driving force for Daqing's local economic development and is moving towards a first-class national innovative science and technology park.

Today's Daqing High-tech Zone has a solid industrial foundation and a strong development momentum, and has become a highland for industrial development. With the main area, Economic Development Zone, Hongwei Park, Xinghua Park, Lin Yuan Park and Hot Spring New City as a whole, petrochemical industry, automobile manufacturing, new materials and high-end equipment manufacturing, high-end service industry and high-end emerging industries show a trend of scale, characteristics and clustering. A number of strategic leading projects with investment exceeding 10 billion yuan, such as 3 million tons of high-precision aluminum, 300,000 Volvo passenger cars, Lenovo Science and Technology City, Xinhua International Petroleum Information Center, Northland Spring Dream City and low-carbon photovoltaic industrial park, were accelerated. 2,836 enterprises and 13 domestic and foreign listed companies have flourished and the level of industrial development has been continuously improved. 20 1 1 year, the total output value of the whole region is 45.74 billion yuan, up 42% year-on-year, and the industrial added value is 365 1 billion yuan, up 45% year-on-year, which is close to 50% of the local industrial economy in Daqing. Today's Daqing High-tech Zone, with superior resources and excellent investment environment, has become a depression where factors gather. Here, roads and railways extend in all directions, only 10 km away from Daqing Airport, with smooth and convenient traffic and obvious location advantages. Oil, natural gas, geothermal energy and other resources are abundant, raw materials such as petrochemicals and agricultural products are in sufficient supply, and the prices of production factors such as land, electricity and manpower are low. All the developed areas have achieved "seven connections and one leveling", which has complete conditions for undertaking large enterprises and large projects. Here, the policy is focused, and special policies such as national high-tech zone, revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, Harbin-Daqing-Qiqi industrial corridor, and accelerating the development of the park in anniversary are effectively superimposed. Self-owned policies such as matching funds, land and scientific and technological innovation are very distinctive, with obvious comparative advantages, sound service system and comprehensive support. It has become one of the regions with the best investment environment in Heilongjiang Province and even Northeast China.

Today's Daqing High-tech Zone, with perfect urban functions and beautiful living environment, has become a blessed place for modern livability. With the goal of "ecology, nature, modernity and livability", we should plan from a high starting point, build with high standards, manage with high efficiency, improve functions, shape brands and show charm. There are complete public service facilities such as banks, hospitals, schools and colleges, modern and elegant cultural tourism facilities such as opera house, museum, exhibition hall, library, dream city and hot spring city, prosperous and convenient commercial and financial centers such as new mart shopping malls, agricultural products wholesale centers and urban oases, modern livable low-carbon ecological communities such as wireless city of Internet of Things, new world in Dongcheng, and residential area of Chuangzhiren, and lakes and rivers such as Liming Lake and Binzhou Lake are rippling.

Today's Daqing High-tech Zone is rich in innovation resources and strong entrepreneurial atmosphere, and has become a resort for innovation and entrepreneurship. It has 13 scientific research institutes, 3 1 R&D centers and key laboratories at or above the provincial level, such as Northeast Petroleum University and Daqing Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences. It was approved to build more than 0/0 national innovation bases, such as the national demonstration base of new industrialized industries and the new composite material industrial base of the National Torch Plan, and built incubators, accelerators and amplifiers/0/0 of more than 10,000 square meters. The functions of innovation platforms such as Science and Technology Pioneer Park, University Science and Technology Innovation Park, Emerging Industry Incubator, Service Outsourcing Industrial Park and Cultural and Creative Industrial Park are improving day by day. Senior talent apartments, international bilingual schools and other supporting facilities have been built one after another, gathering nearly 10 thousand senior technical talents and more than 20 thousand white-collar workers. They inherited the spirit of Daqing and the spirit of Iron Man, made innovations and breakthroughs, and showed great vitality. Daqing High-tech Zone was approved to start construction, ranking first in Northeast China and 165438+ in China.

Standing at a new starting point of development, people in Daqing High-tech Zone are striving to build "Four" modern international new cities, namely, emerging industrial city, Changlong Lake ecological industrial new city, chemical new city and hot spring new city, with the spirit of daring to surpass their predecessors, authority and self, and taking the construction of a first-class national innovative science and technology park as the driving force, insisting on pioneering and innovation, striving for perfection, highlighting transformation and upgrading, and enhancing the innovation level.
