In fact, the treble fingering and the bass fingering are basically the same, but the timbre is different. When playing the drum sound 5, the technique of the alto 5 is somewhat different, but it is ok to play the bass like that. High notes 4 and 5 are different. Treble 4 is completely released, treble 5 is released from the sixth hole, and the rest are all pressed (that is, the hole closest to the flute membrane).
