Brief introduction of indigo
morphological character
The organic dye deep blue is fermented from the leaves of plants containing indole acid, such as Isatis indigotica, Isatis indigotica, Lonicera edulis and so on. It is also artificially made (in ancient books, all five blues can be indigo-Song Ying Xing's Heavenly Creations). The color used to dye cloth can last for a long time. Known as indigo, some areas are called indigo.
Indigo is a vat dye with a history of more than 3000 years. Xun Kuang's famous phrase "shine on you is better than blue" in the Warring States period originated from the blue dyeing technology at that time. Here, "cyan" refers to cyan, and "blue" refers to the blue grass that makes indigo. Before Qin and Han Dynasties, indigo was widely used.
