What's the difference between project cost and construction budget?
Project cost refers to the investment in construction projects.
According to the different stages of the construction project, the project cost will be different:
The feasibility study stage of the project is called cost estimation;
The preliminary design stage is called cost estimation;
The construction drawing design stage (bidding stage) is called budget cost;
The project settlement stage is called settlement cost;
The total project cost, that is, the final investment amount of the project (that is, the sum of settlement cost, equipment installation cost and construction-related expenses) is finally determined after the project is completed and accepted.
