Formula of moon cake skin material

Flour+milk powder+invert syrup+water+oil = 100:5:75: 1:25.

Dosage can be configured according to this ratio;

The dosage in my home is as follows:

Flour 250g+ milk powder 25g+ invert syrup 187.5g+ water 2.5g+ olive oil 63g.

The above dosage can be made into 10 50 g moon cakes, about 34~36.

Preparation method and technology:

Pour the syrup into the mixing tank, add the scooped water, stir until uniform, then pour the crude oil and stir evenly for later use.

Mix flour and milk powder evenly, then pour into the prepared oil and knead into an oily dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and relax 1~2 hours before use.
