What is the "Jiang Xu system"
"Jiang Xuxi" refers to the combination of Xu Beihong and Jiang's western realism with China's traditional figure painting.
After the founding of New China, "new Chinese painting" and "transformation of Chinese painting" became the key topics in the art world. Chinese painting was integrated into the academic system of western realistic painting and sketch, and finally the "Jiang Xu system" (Jiang and Xu Beihong) was formed.
