What does kway teow mean?
Kuo kway looks like rice noodles, but it's different from rice noodles. Its taste is more elastic, the rice paste content is higher, the rice flavor is heavier, the color is opaque, and it is milky white. Kuo kway is usually thicker and narrower than rice noodles, and its taste is smooth. Kway teow is a famous local snacks in Chaoshan, Guangdong. This kind of snack is a semi-finished snack made of a thin layer of rice flour paste, steamed and cooled, and then cut into strips for later use.
How to eat kway teow
