How to make a round fan

Prepare the following tools: old bamboo stick, electric drill pen, ruler, art knife, scissors, high-density yarn, 1mm thick iron wire, thread threader, fine sewing needle, water-soluble pen, sandpaper, scissors pliers, ice silk tassel line and fishing line.

1. Draw the approximate outline and size ratio with water-soluble strokes on bamboo strips. Cut the handle of the round fan with a utility knife. Smooth with sandpaper.

2. Use 1mm electric drill pen to drill holes at the upper end of the round fan bean bamboo chips. Drill a hole at a wider position in the middle. Pass the needle through the hole to see the horizontal position.

3. 1mm iron wire passes through the top hole. Cut in the right place. Adjust the position. Cut off the extra side of the round fan.

4. Draw the modeling part on the fan cloth. Cut it along the periphery.

5. Finally, start from the bottom of one side and sew in circles. Put your head on the top of the round fan, and it's half done. Go on to the other side. Punch holes in the bottom of the round fan handle and put on tassels.
