How to make yogurt with yeast

Preparation materials: two bags of pure milk and half a bag of yeast powder.

Steps:

1 First, prepare pure milk. You can use the most common bagged pure milk. It doesn't matter if the shelf life is short. After all, the prepared yogurt will be finished in a few days. Here are two bags of pure milk;

2. Just use the yeast powder for steaming steamed bread at home. Half a bag was used here, boiled in warm water. Remember, be sure to cook it in warm water, completely dissolve it and then add it to pure milk. Never add it directly to pure milk;

3. Then the yeast and pure milk are mixed and stirred evenly;

4. Then put it into the yogurt machine, cover it, and turn on the power. The simplest kind of yogurt is enough, and so is the fermentation function of the electric oven. In short, it is to provide a certain temperature for fermentation.

5. Let's focus on the fermentation time here. If yeast powder is used as the fermentation source for the first time, it will take ten hours, at most 13 hours. If yogurt is used as the fermentation source, it takes five to seven hours, at most not more than eight hours; When you think it's almost time, you can open the lid and have a look. After fermentation, yogurt is solid. If the indoor temperature is not high in winter, you can pour some hot water into the yogurt machine, then sit in a stainless steel basin and put yogurt in it.

6. This is yogurt that has been fermented for six hours and has been shaped. Take out the yogurt and put it in the refrigerator for 48 hours, and the taste is the best. Of course, if you don't want to wait that long, you can take it out to eat in the meantime;
