Jinneng Holding Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Datong Coal Mine Group Co., Ltd., is the third largest coal mine state-owned enterprise in China, second only to Shenhua Group and China Coal Energy Group. The company is headquartered in Datong, a major coal mine in China. The coal mine covers Datong, Shuozhou and Xinzhou, with a coalfield area of 6 157 square kilometers and a total reserve of 89.2 billion tons.

The company was reorganized by Tongmei Group, Jinmei Group and Jinneng Group, and integrated the assets related to the coal, electric power and coal machinery equipment manufacturing industries of Lu 'an Group and Huayang New Materials Science and Technology Group, and injected China Taiyuan Coal Trading Center Co., Ltd. into Jinneng Holding Group.

Tongmei Group was renamed as Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group and Jinneng Holding Electric Power Group, and Jinmei Group was renamed as Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group, becoming a secondary subsidiary of Jinneng Holding Group. Jinneng Holding Group has thus become the largest coal industry group company in China.
