At this time, if we can remove the factors of increasing intra-abdominal pressure, let the child lie flat, or gently push the tumor to the abdominal cavity, the tumor can return to the abdominal cavity through the downward passage of the testis, and the tumor will disappear. This condition is called reversible hernia.

Patients with hernia with swelling and pain occasionally have local swelling and pain, and generally have no special discomfort. With the development of the disease, the mass can gradually increase, affecting daily life. Sliding hernia is more common on the right side, and the incidence rate is about 1: 6. The sudden enlargement of the incarcerated hernia mass is accompanied by obvious pain and tenderness, and the contents of the hernia cannot be recovered.
