Du Fu's Family and Origin

Du Fu is the thirteenth generation grandson of Du Yu, a famous scholar in Jin Dynasty. Du Yu is from Jingzhao, Ling Du. Du Dan, Du Yu's youngest son, is the secretariat of Liangzhou, Shanxi.
