Do most cartoonists still use base paper now?

At present, there are almost no cartoonists who can insist on full hand-drawing in China. Most of them will draw pictures on copy paper (even the original paper is too lazy to use-), then scan them into the computer, and then carry out post-processing such as dot in PS or CG. There are still many masters who draw directly on the computer. For example, a simple cartoonist like Mao Xiaole basically uses computers to draw, and many other beautiful and passionate cartoons are also made directly by computers.
