What is Golden Chrysanthemum Award

The Golden Chrysanthemum Award for Chinese Acrobatics is a national professional award for literature and art approved and established by the General Office of the Central Committee of the People's Republic of China, the General Office of the State Council and the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the People's Republic of China***, and participated in and organized by the China Federation of Literary and Artistic Associations.

"Nine Waves - Pole Technique" is the China Acrobatic Troupe spent three years, after the props of the overthrow, reconstruction, adjustment of creative ideas, acrobatics ontology improvement and the actor's intensive training, and ultimately created this thrilling and exciting, very interesting program.

The program was inspired by the famous Russian painter Aivazovsky's representative oil paintings, portraying a group of optimistic and open-minded but courageous young sailors in the vast ocean, balanced and stable predicts a calm wind and waves, tumbling and moving to symbolize the shocking waves, they are the children of the sea, but also the conqueror of nature.
