The method of old-fashioned bean jelly

The production method of old-fashioned bean jelly is as follows:

Ingredients: sweet potato starch.

Accessories: Chili oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce.

1. Put the sweet potato starch into a bowl, first add100g of water and stir well, then pour the remaining 264g of water into the pot and bring it to a boil.

2. After the fire boils, turn it down. Then we stir the water in the pot with a spoon, pour the starch liquid into the pot, pour it all out, and keep stirring. At first, the liquid in the pot will be thinner, but it will become thicker after stirring for a while.

3. When the liquid in the pot becomes sticky, turn to low heat and continue stirring until the liquid in the pot becomes very sticky and gelatinous, and then turn off the fire. Pour the cooked bean jelly into a container, let it cool, and then send it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

4. Take out the formed bean jelly, cut it into cubes, and then make it into sauce. Pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce, spicy oil and sugar into a bowl and mix well.

5. Finally, pour the prepared seasoning juice on the bean jelly and stir it when eating.
