Trace the history of rotary barbecue

Kabbah's prototype is "Oltu kebab", which can still be seen in many towns in Turkey. Oltu is a small Turkish town near erzurum. The prototype is a thick piece of meat, which is burned while lying down, cut off, and the meat is inserted into an L-shaped skewer. The modern Kabbah prototype was invented in bursa in the19th century.

Today, Kabbah is usually eaten with Arabic bread and sandwiched like a sandwich. It first started in Istanbul1960s. Kabbah, which we can eat all over the world, was invented in Berlin, Germany in 197 1 year. It is an improvement of the original Kabbah, adding more salads and sauces to better suit the German taste. Kabbah has become the most popular fast food in Germany since1980s.
