What image did Qu Yuan create in Li Sao?

Qu Yuan created the image of "vanilla beauty" in Li Sao.

In his works, there are countless names of herbs, such as Li Jiang, Fructus Aurantii, Orchid, Hui Quan, Du Heng, Gui Jun, Schizonepeta and so on. However, Qu Yuan did not simply describe the fragrance of these herbs, but used them for "comparison", citing that "beauty is beauty" and using herbs such as Lan Zhi to describe people's noble qualities.

Accordingly, "evil is evil", and Xiao Ai, thatch and other evil grasses in the poem are ugly incarnations.
