Bean jelly is a very popular traditional snack, especially in summer. The following is my recommended daily practice of bean jelly-hot and sour white bean jelly.

Hot and sour white bean jelly is a cold dish. It's cold and needs to be refrigerated.

Ingredients: bean jelly, millet spicy, ginger garlic and shallots.

Condiments: crude oil, vinegar, salt, oil consumption, sugar, seasoning.

Production steps

1, the white bean jelly bought in the supermarket was cut into strips and put on a plate for later use.
