According to the official definition, "new infrastructure" mainly includes seven major areas: 5G infrastructure, UHV, intercity high-speed railway and urban rail transit, new energy vehicle charging piles, big data centers, artificial intelligence, and industrial Internet.

This can also be seen from the major project planning and special debt investment issued by more than ten provinces and cities. At present, the total investment scale of PPP projects is about 17.6 trillion yuan (RMB, the same below), of which "TieGong Ji" (railways, highways, ports, docks, airports, tunnels, etc. ) is the big one, about 7. 1 trillion, accounting for nearly 465438 yuan.

The policy support in 2020 is undoubtedly the strongest in the past five years, and with the continuous increase of infrastructure investment and special debt investment, traditional infrastructure has experienced a downturn, and I believe it will usher in a wave of recovery.
