How to make insoles

The manufacturing method of the insole is as follows:

Step 1: First, put the shoes suitable for children on the prepared cardboard. At the same time, draw the outline of the shoes with a gel pen. Cut the cardboard with scissors to leave the outline of the shoes. Then put the cardboard into the children's shoes. If the paper is not the right size, it needs to be trimmed again until it can be put into shoes.

Step 2: Then sew the prepared cloth with needle and thread, and sew all around it. Then draw the outline of the paper with neutral strokes, sew along the outline with needle and thread, and the sewing position should be about 1cm in the outline. Then cut off all the surrounding cloth, and finally sew the cloth with needle and thread several times, so that the insole will not run around after sewing.

Step 3: Draw some equidistant points on the insole with a measuring ruler and a gel pen, and then sew each point with a needle and thread to make the insole more beautiful.

Step 4: Take a piece of cloth with different colors from the insole and sew it around the insole, which can make the insole more stereoscopic, also called boundless. The endless method is to restore fabrics of different colors into strips with a width of 2cm, and then sew the strips on the edge of the insole. Boundless can not only make the insole more beautiful, but also make the insole stronger. After sewing, turn the insole over and cut off all the extra strips and threads.

Step 5: children's insoles are made.

Matters needing attention in the use of insoles

1: health insoles, such as traditional Chinese medicine insoles, loofah insoles and bamboo charcoal insoles, should be changed frequently and kept dry.

2. Functional insoles, such as heightening insoles and shock-absorbing insoles, should pay attention to comfort and not feel uncomfortable.

3. The leather insole will become stiff when worn for a long time. Change it frequently.

4. Special function insoles: such as antistatic insoles, avoid soaking in strong alkali liquid when washing.

5. To use orthopedic insoles, you should go to a regular hospital for consultation first.
