Haiyun Temple Sugar Ball Club, also known as Haiyun Temple Club. It is an ancient Han folk activity in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Residents who used to live near Haiyun 'an used to burn incense and pray in Haiyun 'an after the fifteenth day of the first month before going underground to work and fish, hoping for a good harvest and peace. Over time, the Haiyun 'an Temple Fair was formed. In time for the temple fair, folk artists from all over the country came to perform on stage. People like to watch roller coasters, stilts, Liu Qiang, Qiang Mao, etc. It has become one of the largest traditional temple fairs in Qingdao. There are many people selling and eating sugar balls at the temple fair, and it gets better every year. Sugar balls have gradually become the most popular and best-selling food in temple fairs, and people have gradually called Haiyun Temple Fair Haiyun Temple Fair. Haiyun 'an Sugar Ball is held on the 16th day of the first lunar month every year, and lasts until the 21st day of the first lunar month.
