First, the steel structure on-site installation
(a), an overview of the site installation scheme
The structural form of this steel structure project is frame. Combined with the form, weight, location and actual situation of the construction site, as well as the performance of various hoisting parameters of the tower crane set on site, the steel structure installation of this project adopts comprehensive installation method.
1, steel structure installation method:
The frame columns, beams and other components of the workshop are light in weight, and are mainly hoisted in place by NK250 25t truck crane.
2, steel structure installation sequence:
The hoisting of steel structure adopts the principle of first middle and then outside, first column and then beam, first down and then up. Firstly, a stable frame system is formed in the middle of the factory building, and then it is pushed to both ends, and the remaining steel columns and beams are symmetrically installed.

(2) Analysis of main installation parts
The main components of this project are steel columns, steel beams, purlins, supports and other components. The steel material is Q345B.
4, purlin installation and positioning
(1), according to the roof panel fabrication and installation standards of system engineering and the measurement data handed over by the steel structure construction unit, determine whether the height difference of each purlin anchor point needs to be adjusted, and if so, increase it with steel plates with the required adjustment amount. The number is no more than three, and the blocks are welded to make the whole purlin surface basically flat according to the installation standard. Before installation, the backing plate should be derusted, and the coating treatment should meet the coating requirements of purlin.
⑵ The positioning and installation of metal roof panel system mainly includes the positioning of purlin support plate and steel support, and its installation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the approved design drawings. According to the design requirements, total station and theodolite are used for lofting, and positioning line bombs are installed on steel supports.
5, purlin installation
(1), purlin positioning
Purlins are welded on steel structure beams and supports. The positioning method of purlin is as follows: according to the purlin spacing and axis, determine the intersection line between purlin and steel structure beam (positioning line for setting out and ejecting), which is the installation line of purlin tray.
2, purlin installation
As shown in the figure below, after the purlin is positioned, the included angle between the purlin and the wing surface of the steel beam should be 901,and the position deviation should be within 5 mm During welding, measures should be taken to reduce the deformation. First of all, symmetrical spot welding should be carried out to check the angle of purlin. Welding shall be carried out after it is qualified, and the angle shall be corrected if it is unqualified. Spot welding should be firm. The diameter of covered electrode is 4mm, and the model of covered electrode is E50 16. When welding, the current should be appropriate, and there should be no blowholes, cracks, undercut and flash after the weld is formed. The weld size should meet the design requirements, the welding wave should be uniform, and the weld shape should be beautiful.
(3) Anti-corrosion treatment
After welding, the weld seam and its surroundings should be treated with anti-corrosion, and the anti-corrosion material should be paint that meets the design requirements, requiring two times. Remove the coating and dirt on the weld surface before anticorrosion.
(4), purlin fixed
All purlins in this project are connected with purlins by bolts. After the purlin is transported in place, first check whether the top surface of the purlin being installed is flush with the top surface of the adjacent purlin that has been installed. If it is uneven, adjust it. Bolt fastening can only be carried out when the height difference between the top surfaces of adjacent purlins is within 2mm, and the top surfaces of two adjacent purlins should be adjusted to be as consistent as possible during installation.
(2) Roof gutter installation
1, gutter support installation
(1), this project adopts small steel gutter support;
(2) Install the gutter bracket according to the design spacing, and check whether the elevation of the top surface of the bracket is consistent.
2. Trench installation
(1), segmented gutter splicing
Before the gutter butt joint, polish the cutting mouth clean. When butting, pay attention to the joint gap not exceeding 1 mm, and spot weld every 10cm before welding. The model of covered electrode depends on the parent material. The weld is formed at one time. In order to speed up the installation of the gutter, two or three sections of gutter can be spliced into a whole on the ground, and then hoisted to the installation position or nearby position by 16 ton crane, which can not only improve the docking quality of gutter, but also greatly improve the working efficiency.
⑵ After the roof gutter is welded, it often produces great deformation. In order to control the deformation caused by welding, the method of spot welding first and then subsection welding must be adopted. After welding, there will be different degrees of discoloration within 20mm on both sides of the weld, which should be removed immediately with a cloth grinding wheel.
(3), after the installation of the gutter, the bottom is flat, no water phenomenon.
3, gutter water test
After the gutter is installed, it should be filled with water to check whether the gutter leaks. After the gutter is watertight, it shall be accepted. If there is leakage, it is necessary to weld and repair the leakage again, and polish it smoothly, and then repeat the leak-proof test until it is qualified.
(3) Installation of profiled steel plates on roofs and walls
In this project, 90-thick polyurethane-lined color steel plate is proposed for the roof profiled steel plate, and 70-thick polyurethane-lined color steel plate is proposed for the wall profiled steel plate.
1, basic requirements:
(1), plates should be handled with care to avoid bumping, and it is forbidden to mop the floor to avoid damaging the plates.
(2) Determine the installation starting point first, according to the design drawings and site conditions, generally from one side to the other. When installing, you should also play the baseline well to avoid accumulating errors.
(3) After determining the installation direction, pop up the reference line to install the parts from one end to the other.
(4) The edges of two parallel planes intersect straight, thus ensuring indoor beauty. The joint direction of the panel should avoid the main viewing angle, and when the main wind direction is obvious, the overlapping edge of the panel should face the downwind direction.
