The specific operation steps are as follows

Specific process

(4) After the second simmer, turn on a big fire, turn to a low heat after boiling, steam for 20 minutes, then stew for 3 minutes, then take it out, cut it with a knife and put it on a plate, and the delicious chopped green onion tofu roll will be ready.
(5) Leave a long strip, add water to the pot and fry it into a chopped green onion tofu roll with a charred shell at the bottom.
