The fourth batch of mixed reform enterprise list

As of May 2019, the list of the fourth batch of mixed reform pilots has been considered and passed by the State Council Leading Group for State-owned Enterprise Reform, **** there are 160 enterprises with total assets of more than 2.5 trillion yuan. The list of the fourth batch of mixed reform enterprises has not yet been announced.

The fourth batch of pilot enterprises central enterprise system 107, 53 local enterprises. From the point of view of asset size, the central enterprise asset size of about 1.7 trillion yuan, local enterprise asset size of about 0.8 trillion yuan. Among them, the asset size of more than 1 billion yuan of enterprises *** there are 99, accounting for 61.8% of the total number of the fourth batch of pilots.

From the industry sector, this batch of the list includes both pilot enterprises in the field of traditional manufacturing, as well as pilot enterprises in strategic emerging industries such as the Internet, software and information technology services, new energy and so on.

From the pilot selection point of view, the fourth batch of pilot is not limited to power, oil, natural gas, railroads, civil aviation, telecommunications, military and other seven important areas of state-owned enterprises.

From the enterprise level, the central enterprises are mainly concentrated in the second and third tier enterprises, 55 second-tier enterprises, 50 third-tier enterprises; local enterprises are mostly in the first and second tier enterprises, of which 14 first-tier enterprises and 32 second-tier enterprises.
