5. How to fill in the waybill?

If the consignor consigns too many goods to fill in the waybill item by item, or consigns mobile goods, and there are more than two kinds of goods in the same package, it is required to submit the list of goods (format 3) in triplicate. After the date of transport is stamped at the station, one copy will be kept by the station, one copy will be submitted to the station with the transport bill, and one copy will be returned to the shipper, except for the goods consigned by individuals. The types of railway freight transportation are automobile, LTL and container. The waybill and the railway waybill are part of the contract of carriage of goods. (5) Cargo handling rate
The charging items of railway cargo handling fees are divided into four categories: vehicle, LTL, container and miscellaneous operations. All regions and stations carry out acceptance according to the actual project and the rate standard stipulated by the Ministry of Railways.
Calculate the weight of the loaded and unloaded goods: the whole cargo is in tons, and the following tons are rounded off; The unit of LTL goods is 10 kg (10 kg), and the shortage of 10 kg is 10 kg; Container goods are packed in boxes.
The maximum distance between the goods stacking place and the vehicle: 30 meters for the whole vehicle and LTL goods, and 50 meters for the container goods. The loading distance for manual loading and unloading of goods piled up outside warehouses and awnings, and the loading distance of goods packed in whole vehicles is 20m. Except for repeated loading of wood, bamboo and straw, the bulk cargo is 6m.
If it exceeds the above loading and unloading distance, the excess part shall be handled as handling.
Cargo handling and handling fees are charged according to the provisions of the railway bureaus.
(6) Other transportation expenses.
According to the needs of goods transportation, the express freight rate of goods shall be approved in accordance with the provisions of the Price Regulations.
Railway international transport goods, land and water transport goods and military transport goods are levied according to relevant regulations.
(7) Refund of transportation expenses
When the shipper and consignee ask the carrier to refund the overcharged freight, they must submit a copy of the invoice or a receipt for freight and miscellaneous fees. When the carrier is required to pay the liquidated damages for the late arrival of the goods, it must submit the cargo waybill and the proof of the actual time when all the goods are moved out of the shipment site.
The period of validity for the carrier, shipper or consignee to request refund of fees is 180 days, and the period of validity for the carrier to pay liquidated damages is 60 days. The refund amount of each batch of goods is less than that of 5 yuan (each batch of LTL goods is less than 1 yuan), and there is no refund, no payment and no check. Personal checked moving articles and luggage are not subject to the above amount limit.
